Privacy Policy

ORBIT is a public funding arbitrage screener. We don't require accounts, KYC, or any personal information to use the site. What we may store:

• Browser localStorage: your favorite assets (star icon в /screener), saved filter preferences, theme choice (dark/light). Stored on your device only.
• Refclick metadata: when you click an exchange referral link, we record anonymously which exchange + timestamp (for partnership reporting). No IP, no browser fingerprint.
• Server logs: standard HTTP access logs (IP, user agent, requested path, response status) — kept ≤30 days for security monitoring.
• Analytics: if you accept the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (page views, traffic sources, custom events such as Trade & Earn clicks) and Yandex.Metrika (page views, anonymized session replay/webvisor, click maps). IP addresses are anonymized in GA4. No accounts, emails or wallet addresses are sent to either service. If you click Reject, neither script loads and no analytics cookies are set.

We don't track you across other sites. We don't sell or share data with third parties (other than the exchanges you choose to click through to). We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar trackers.

ORBIT itself uses only first-party localStorage (favorites, theme, filters, cookie-consent choice) — not cookies in the legal sense. If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrika set their own cookies for session and visitor identification. You can clear them at any time via your browser settings; clearing localStorage will also remove your consent choice, so the banner will reappear.

When you click an exchange logo or referral link, you leave ORBIT and visit that exchange's site. Their privacy policy applies from that point on. We pass affiliate/referral codes in URL parameters but no personal data.

Exchange logos and asset icons are loaded from third-party CDNs (DefiLlama, CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko) — your IP is visible to those CDNs when images load.

If you accept the cookie banner, page view data is also sent to Google (Google Analytics 4, servers in the EU/US) and Yandex (Yandex.Metrika, servers in the Russian Federation). EU/UK users should be aware that Yandex data is processed outside the EEA.

Server logs: 30 days. Refclick events: aggregated forever (no individual record after 90 days). Your localStorage: persists until you clear browser data or click "Reset all" in filters.

Since we don't collect personal data, GDPR/CCPA "right to be forgotten" applies trivially — clear your browser storage to remove everything.

All traffic is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). We don't store passwords, payment info, or wallet keys. Our infrastructure runs on dedicated servers with daily backups.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of ORBIT after changes constitutes acceptance.
